✅ Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • Return requests for hygiene-related or intimate items (like grooming kits) are not accepted unless the item is defective.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or perishable items
  • Items on clearance or marked “Final Sale”
  • Personal care or grooming items once used

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact us at shop@needsy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and provide a return authorization with the supplier’s return address.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are only issued after supplier verification and product return (where applicable).

📦 Damaged/Wrong Items

  • Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include images/videos with your report to speed up resolution.
